WebMay 28, 2024 · The cooler is a Bequiet BK008 and it uses those snap in pin things. The 390 has threaded screws as you correctly said. I cannot get the cooler to fit but I'm no expert and am unsure if there's a way to do it. Anyway, thanks for answering my original question, although it's the answer I was fearing. WebI'm trying to remove my cpu cooler to apply some new thermal paste, but the thing is completely stuck, I've unscrewed all the 4 screws and the back plate thingy came off, there's no screws that are still screwed in to the board, but the thing WILL NOT BUDGE. There isn't even a tiny bit of movement it feels like it's still screwed in.
